The food supplement BactoSan® pro FOS contains lactic acid bacteria from 8 different bacterial strains, biotin and an activation complex of minerals and fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS). 3 g of BactoSan® per FOS contain 3 billion live lactic acid bacteria.Instructions for use: Recommended dosage: Stir 3 measuring spoons or 1 sachet content (= 3 g) of the powder into a glass with approx. 50 - 100 ml water (non-carbonated, room temperature) once a day.
