On medical advice and depending on the severity of the diarrhea, the daily dose can be doubled and the duration of treatment extended without any concerns. There is no risk of intolerance.Do not change the prescribed dosage on your own. If you think the medicine is too weak or too strong, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or druggist.
