Description

The intestinal wall plays an important role in the development of symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). What is Alflorex® in IBS and when is it used?

What should be considered?

Alflorex® is free from: gluten, lactose, milk components, preservatives, soy.

Alflorex® is suitable for vegetarians.

Please note that slight, temporary changes in bowel habits may occur during the first few weeks of use. This is a normal, temporary phenomenon that occurs while Alflorex® for irritable bowel syndrome starts to gently prepare the bowel and it is important to continue taking it.

When should Alflorex® not be used for IBS?

Do not use the product if you are hypersensitive or allergic against one or more components of the product.

Can Alflorex® be taken for IBS during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

There are no indications recommends that Alflorex® capsules should not be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Pregnant women should talk to their doctor or midwife about the symptoms of their irritable bowel syndrome.

How do you use Alflorex® for IBS?

Instructions for use

Always take Alflorex® according to these instructions for use to ensure effective use. Please ask your doctor, pharmacist or druggist if you are unsure how to follow the instructions for taking Alflorex® and follow their recommendation.

The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.

Alflorex® can be taken at any time of the day, regardless of meals. Swallow the capsules whole with plenty of liquid (e.g. with a glass of water or milk instead of acidic drinks such as fruit juice).

The product is intended for oral use.

Fruit juices are generally acidic and acid can damage the 35624® strain. It is recommended to mix Alflorex® with water or milk or less acidic liquids such as B. soy, almond or rice drinks.

However,

Alflorex® can be taken with a meal where fruit juice is drunk, as the food will help protect the Alflorex® culture.

Since Bifidobacterium longum 35624® is a strain of bacteria, it can be inactivated by antibiotic treatment. However, it is recommended to continue taking Alflorex® during antibiotic treatment. However, the daily dose of Alflorex® during antibiotic treatment should not be taken at the same time as the antibiotic.

Frequency of use

Take 1 capsule of Alflorex® daily for a period of 1 month. It is important that you take Alflorex® every day throughout the period.

Alflorex® works immediately and starts protecting your gut where it is needed. In the first 2 weeks, the product will help normalize your digestive system. A first symptom relief should be noticeable after about 1 to 2 weeks of regular intake of Alflorex®. In rare cases it can take more than 1 month (possibly 2-3 months) before the gut is adequately protected by Alflorex®. If your symptoms persist after this period or if you develop new symptoms such as unexplained weight loss or blood in your stools, please contact your healthcare professional.

Alflorex® stays in your gut for as long as you take it. It works in the gut and is then excreted naturally through the stool. By taking one capsule of Alflorex® every day, you can ensure that your gut remains protected.

What side effects can Alflorex® have in IBS?

So far, no side effects have been reported in connection with the use of Alflorex® has been observed.

There are no known interactions with dietary supplements or other medicinal products.

Aus diesem Grund kann der Darm gereizt und empfindlich werden und es können die typischen Symptome des Reizdarmsyndroms auftreten, z. B.: Blähbauch und Blähungen, Bauchschmerzen, Durchfall und Verstopfung.

Alflorex®, mit dem einzigartigen Bakterienstamm Bifidobacterium longum (B. longum) 35624®, reduziert die Symptome des Reizdarmsyndroms. Der in Alflorex® enthaltene Stamm 35624® gehört zur Familie der Bakterien, die von Natur aus im menschlichen Darm vorkommen und bei der Geburt von der Mutter an das Kind weitergegeben werden. Das Bakterium wandert durch das Verdauungssystem und erreicht lebend den Darm.

Alflorex® behandelt die typischen Symptome des Reizdarmsyndroms, indem es sich als beruhigende und stärkende Schicht im gereizten Darm anlagert und so Störungen der Darmwand reduziert.

Alflorex® wird zur Behandlung des Reizdarmsyndroms mit den Symptomen Blähungen, Blähbauch, Bauchschmerzen, Durchfall und Verstopfung angewendet.

Alflorex® ist frei von: Gluten, Lactose, Milchbestandteilen, Konservierungsmitteln, Soja.

Alflorex® ist für Vegetarier geeignet.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass in den ersten Wochen der Anwendung leichte, vorübergehende Veränderungen der Stuhlgewohnheiten auftreten können. Gebrauchsanweisung

Nehmen Sie Alflorex® immer entsprechend dieser Gebrauchsanweisung ein, um eine effektive Nutzung sicherzustellen. Bitte fragen Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten, wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind, wie Sie die Gebrauchsanweisung für die Einnahme von Alflorex® befolgen sollen und halten Sie sich an deren Empfehlung.

Die empfohlene Tagesdosis darf nicht überschritten werden.

Alflorex® kann zu jeder Tageszeit unabhängig von den Mahlzeiten eingenommen werden. Schlucken Sie die Kapseln im Ganzen mit ausreichend Flüssigkeit (z. B. mit einem Glas Wasser oder Milch anstelle von säurehaltigen Getränken wie Fruchtsaft).

Das Produkt ist zum Einnehmen bestimmt.

Fruchtsäfte sind allgemein säurehaltig und Säure kann dem 35624®-Stamm schaden. Es wird empfohlen, Alflorex® mit Wasser oder Milch oder weniger säurehaltigen Flüssigkeiten wie z. B. Soja-, Mandel- oder Reisgetränken einzunehmen.

Alflorex® kann jedoch während einer Mahlzeit, bei der Fruchtsaft getrunken wird, eingenommen werden, da die Nahrung hilft, die Alflorex®-Kultur zu schützen.

Da Bifidobacterium longum 35624® ein Bakterienstamm ist, kann er durch eine Antibiotikabehandlung inaktiviert werden. Dennoch wird empfohlen, Alflorex® während einer Antibiotikabehandlung weiter einzunehmen. Jedoch sollte die Tagesdosis von Alflorex® während der Antibiotikabehandlung nicht zeitgleich mit dem Antibiotikum eingenommen werden.

Anwendungshäufigkeit

Nehmen Sie täglich 1 Kapsel Alflorex® über einen Zeitraum von 1 Monat ein. Es ist wichtig, dass Sie Alflorex® über den gesamten Zeitraum täglich einnehmen.

Alflorex® wirkt sofort und beginnt Ihren Darm dort zu schützen, wo es notwendig ist. In den ersten 2 Wochen hilft das Produkt, Ihr Verdauungssystem zu normalisieren. Eine erste Symptomlinderung sollte nach etwa 1- bis 2-wöchiger regelmässiger Einnahme von Alflorex® bemerkbar sein. In seltenen Fällen kann es länger als 1 Monat (möglicherweise 2-3 Monate) dauern, bis der Darm durch Alflorex® ausreichend geschützt ist. Sollten Ihre Beschwerden nach Ablauf dieses Zeitraums fortbestehen oder neue Beschwerden wie Gewichtsverlust ungeklärter Ursache oder Blut im Stuhl hinzukommen, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihre medizinische Fachperson.

Alflorex® bleibt so lange in Ihrem Darm, wie Sie es einnehmen. Es wirkt im Darm und wird dann auf natürlichem Weg über den Stuhlgang ausgeschieden. Durch die tägliche Einnahme einer Kapsel Alflorex® können Sie sicherstellen, dass Ihr Darm geschützt bleibt.

Bisher sind keine Nebenwirkungen im Zusammenhang mit der Anwendung von Alflorex® beobachtet worden.

Es sind keine Wechselwirkungen mit Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln oder anderen Arzneimitteln bekannt.

La paroi de l’intestin joue un rôle important dans la survenue des symptômes du Syndrome de l’Intestin Irritable (SII). La moindre perturbation de la barrière intestinale peut permettre à des éléments nocifs et à des agents pathogènes étrangers de pénétrer dans l’intestin et de causer des irritations. De ce fait, l’intestin peut devenir irrité et sensible et entrainer des symptômes typiques du Syndrome de l’Intestin Irritable tels que: ballonnements et gaz, douleurs abdominales, diarrhée et constipation.

Alflorex® avec la souche unique Bifidobacterium longum (B. longum) 35624® a prouvé son efficacité dans la réduction des symptômes du Syndrome de l’Intestin Irritable. La souche 35624® présente dans Alflorex® fait partie de la famille des bactéries transmises de la mère au bébé à la naissance et vivant naturellement dans l’intestin humain. Elle transite à travers le système digestif et atteint l’intestin en vie.

Alflorex® traite les symptômes typiques du Syndrome de l’Intestin Irritable en se fixant sur l’intestin irrité et créant un film apaisant et protecteur, réduisant ainsi la perturbation de la paroi intestinale.

Alflorex® est indiqué dans le traitement du Syndrome de l’Intestin Irritable, notamment les symptômes de ballonnements, gaz, douleurs abdominales, diarrhée et constipation.

Alflorex® ne contient pas de: gluten, lactose, produits laitiers, conservateurs, soja.

Alflorex® convient aux végétariens.

Veuillez noter que votre transit intestinal peut subir de légères modifications temporaires durant les premières semaines d’utilisation. Il s’agit d’une situation temporaire normale, car Alflorex® contre le Syndrome de l’lntestin Irritable commence à amorcer l’intestin en douceur et il est essentiel de poursuivre la prise.

Ne pas utiliser le produit en cas d’hypersensibilité ou d’allergie personnelle à un ou plusieurs des composants du produit.

Il n’existe aucune preuve démontrant qu’Alflorex® ne peut être utilisé chez la femme enceinte ou allaitante. Les femmes enceintes doivent informer leur médecin ou sage-femme à propos de leurs symptômes liés au syndrome de l’intestin irritable.

Conseils d'utilisation

Toujours prendre Alflorex® selon les présentes recommandations pour garantir une utilisation efficace. Consultez votre médecin, votre pharmacien ou votre droguiste, si vous n’êtes pas certain de savoir comment suivre les instructions pour prendre Alflorex® et suivez leurs recommandations.

Ne pas dépasser la dose journalière recommandée.

Alflorex® peut être pris au cours ou en dehors des repas, à n’importe quel moment de la journée. Avalez la gélule entière avec suffisamment de liquide (par exemple, un verre d’eau ou de lait plutôt que des boissons acides comme les jus).

Le produit est à usage oral.

Les jus de fruits sont généralement acides et l’acidité peut causer des dommages sur la souche 35624®. Nous recommandons de prendre Alflorex® avec de l’eau ou du lait ou des boissons moins acides comme les laits de soja, d’amande ou de riz.

Néanmoins, Alflorex® peut être pris dans le cadre d’un repas avec un jus de fruits, car les aliments contribueront à protéger la souche Alflorex®.

En tant que souche bactérienne, les effets de la souche B. longum 35624® pourraient être inactivés par un traitement antibiotique. Nous recommandons de continuer à prendre Alflorex® pendant la prise d’antibiotiques, cependant la dose journalière d’Alflorex® doit être prise séparément de l’antibiotique

Fréquence d'utilisation

Prendre 1 gélule d’Alflorex® par jour pendant 1 mois. Il est important de prendre Alflorex® quotidiennement et de finir le traitement complet.

Alflorex® agit immédiatement et commence à adhérer à votre intestin où c’est nécessaire. Pendant les 2 premières semaines, il contribuera à remettre en place votre système intestinal. L’atténuation des symptômes doit être observée après environ 1 à 2 semaines de prise régulière d’Alflorex®. Dans de rares cas, Alflorex® peut mettre plus d’un mois pour commencer à adhérer à votre intestin, éventuellement jusqu’à 2-3 mois. Si vos symptômes persistent au-delà de cette période ou si vous développez de nouveaux symptômes, tels qu’une perte de poids inexpliquée ou la présence de sang dans les selles, veuillez consulter votre professionnel de la santé.

Alflorex® reste dans votre intestin aussi longtemps que vous continuerez à le prendre. Il va agir au niveau de l’intestin et sera, par la suite, naturellement éliminé dans les selles. En prenant une seule gélule d’Alflorex® quotidiennement, vous pouvez assurer que votre intestin reste protégé.

Aucun effet indésirable lié à l’utilisation d’Alflorex® n’a été observé à ce jour.

Il n’existe aucune interaction connue à ce jour avec des compléments alimentaires ou médicaments.

Alflorex® con la coltura di Bifidobacterium longum (B. longum) 35624®, unica nel suo genere, ha dimostrato di ridurre i sintomi della sindrome dell’intestino irritabile. La coltura 35624® presente in Alflorex® appartiene alla famiglia di batteri che colonizzano naturalmente l’intestino umano e vengono trasmessi dalla madre al figlio al momento della nascita. Transitando nel sistema digestivo, raggiunge viva l’intestino.

Alflorex® agisce sui sintomi tipici della sindrome dell’intestino irritabile aderendo all’intestino irritato e formando uno strato lenitivo e rinforzante, che riduce l’alterazione della parete intestinale.

Alflorex® è indicato per il trattamento della sindrome dell’intestino irritabile con sintomi quali gonfiore e gas intestinale, dolore addominale, diarrea e stitichezza.

Alflorex® è privo di: glutine, lattosio, latte e suoi derivati, conservanti, soia.

Alflorex® è adatto per i vegetariani.

Va tenuto presente che nelle prime settimane di utilizzo è possibile che si verifichino cambiamenti temporanei delle abitudini intestinali. Si tratta di una situazione provvisoria normale, poiché Alflorex® contro la sindrome dell’intestino irritabile inizia ad aderire delicatamente all’intestino ed è importante continuare ad assumerlo.

Non usare il prodotto in caso di ipersensibilità o allergia individuale a uno o più dei suoi componenti.

Non sono disponibili evidenze a sfavore dell’utilizzo delle capsule Alflorex® durante la gravidanza e l’allattamento. Le donne in gravidanza devono informare il proprio medico o la propria ostetrica a proposito dei loro sintomi legati alla sindrome dell’intestino irritabile.

Istruzioni per l'uso

Assumere sempre Alflorex® come indicato in queste istruzioni per garantirne l’efficacia di utilizzo. Se si hanno dubbi circa queste istruzioni per l’assunzione di Alflorex®, consultare il medico, il farmacista o il droghiere e seguire il loro consiglio.

Non superare la dose giornaliera raccomandata.

Alflorex® può essere assunto con o senza cibo, in qualunque momento del giorno. Ingerire le capsule intere con sufficiente liquido (ad es. con un bicchiere d’acqua o latte anziché insieme a bevande acide come succo di frutta).

Il prodotto è per uso orale.

I succhi di frutta sono generalmente acidi e l’acido può danneggiare la coltura 35624®. Si raccomanda l’assunzione di Alflorex® con acqua o latte o con bevande meno acide, ad es. latte di soia, di mandorla o di riso.

Tuttavia, Alflorex® può essere assunto durante un pasto con succo di frutta, poiché il cibo aiuta a proteggere la coltura Alflorex®.

Essendo un ceppo batterico, l’effetto della coltura di B. longum 35624® potrebbe essere inattivato da un trattamento con antibiotici. Si raccomanda di proseguire l’assunzione di Alflorex® con antibiotici. Nel corso di un trattamento con antibiotici, la dose giornaliera di Alflorex® deve essere assunta separatamente da quella dell’antibiotico.

Frequenza d'uso

Assumere 1 capsula di Alflorex® una volta al giorno per 1 mese. È importante assumere Alflorex® ogni giorno e completare l’intero corso.

Alflorex® agisce immediatamente e comincia ad aderire all’intestino laddove necessario. Nel corso delle prime 2 settimane aiuta a ripristinare il sistema. Questa attenuazione iniziale dei sintomi dovrebbe comparire dopo circa 1-2 settimane di assunzione regolare di Alflorex®. In rari casi, potrebbe essere necessario più di 1 mese, possibilmente fino a 2-3 mesi, prima che Alflorex® cominci ad aderire all’intestino. Se i suoi sintomi persistono per un lasso di tempo superiore o se compaiono nuovi sintomi, quali perdita di peso non giustificata o sangue nelle feci, consultare il proprio professionista della salute.

Alflorex® resta nell’intestino per l’intera durata di assunzione. Esplica la sua azione a livello intestinale e viene poi eliminato naturalmente tramite il normale transito intestinale. Una sola capsula di Alflorex® al giorno è sufficiente per mantenere l’intestino protetto.

Finora non sono stati osservati effetti collaterali in associazione all’uso di Alflorex®.

Non sono note interazioni con integratori alimentari o con altri medicamenti.

Se si nota la comparsa di effetti collaterali, contattare il distributore indicato nelle istruzioni sottostanti.

Avvertenze

Tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini. Non usare il prodotto se il contenitore è danneggiato.

Conservazione

Conservare in luogo asciutto a temperature non superiori a 25 °C.

Non è necessario conservare in frigorifero.

Richiudere bene il contenitore dopo ogni utilizzo.

Non usare il prodotto dopo la data di scadenza riportata sulla confezione. La data di scadenza si riferisce al prodotto intatto e correttamente conservato.

Smaltire responsabilmente la confezione.

Alflorex® contiene 35624®, un ceppo di B. longum. Gli altri componenti sono: amido di mais; magnesio stearato; ipromellosa.

Alflorex® contiene 1 x 109 (1 miliardo) di batteri del ceppo 35624® per capsula al momento della produzione. Una dose sufficiente viene mantenuta fino alla data di scadenza.

Disponibile in farmacia e drogheria senza prescrizione medica.
