Wheat germ oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, which have a beneficial effect on cell metabolism. It contains significant amounts of vitamin E. The need for vitamin E increases during pregnancy, in old age, with a high-fat diet and in stressful states. Wheat germ oil is particularly valuable for people prone to atherosclerosis, women of childbearing age and women with menopausal symptoms.

Use
