How do you use Viscotears?Adults:The frequency of use depends on the need. Usually 1 drop is instilled into the conjunctival sac of the eye 3-4 times a day. Viscotears can also be used more frequently if necessary. With your head tilted back, hold the tube with one hand as vertically as possible over your eye.
