What is Valverde Sleep and when is it used? Valverde Sleep contains dry extracts of valerian roots and hop cones (Ze 91019). Valverde sleep is a standardized herbal medicinal product. Standardization ensures consistent quality from batch to batch. The two proven medicinal plants valerian and hops complement each other. They have a sleep-inducing effect and enable restful sleep through mild sedation. Valverde sleep is therefore used in the case of: problems falling asleep and staying asleep as well as restless sleep. What should be considered?
