Zinc oxide promotes wound healing and has a slightly disinfecting effect. ZinCream Medinova is odourless, easy to wash off with water and adheres well to weeping skin. Thanks to its good water absorption capacity, it has a drying effect and is particularly suitable for moist and weeping skin diseases, e.g. soreness and weeping eczema.
