(1 Pages)
Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPIs) are a class of medications that reduce stomach acid production, providing effective relief from acid-related conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and ulcers. These medications work by blocking the enzyme in the stomach wall responsible for producing acid, thereby lowering acidity and allowing healing of the digestive tract. Commonly used for managing reflux symptoms and preventing damage to the esophagus, PPIs are an essential component of many treatment plans for digestive health. Explore our range of Swiss health and beauty products featuring proton pump inhibitors for optimal acid reflux management.
