General Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Beeovita.com! These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to all legal transactions conducted via our online shop, which is operated by Prime Care AG.
Scope of Application
Beeovita.com offers products in the areas of health, cosmetics, household, and family. Please note that product images are for illustrative purposes only, and the delivered/sold products may differ in appearance or design from the images due to changes made by the manufacturer.
We have compiled information about the products in our online shop as accurately and customer-friendly as possible. If the product received significantly deviates from the information provided, you may return the product (see Returns section).
The prices listed on our website are in Swiss Francs/USD/BTC Bitcoin/ETH Ethereum/USDT Teather and include VAT and, where applicable, the recycling fee ("vRG"). The prices in our shop are subject to change at any time. The price applicable at the time of the order will be charged.
We deliver flawlessly stored, originally packed, and non-expired products. Any further guarantee is excluded, especially for product properties and effects, if permitted by statutory provisions. We are not liable for damages resulting from errors in images or prices and texts.
Order
An order is deemed completed once a customer submits an order in our online shop. Orders can only be placed with a valid address.
We reserve the right to reject orders that are unusual for a household without giving reasons. After each order, you will receive an order confirmation via email with all relevant information and the expected delivery time.
Please note that the receipt of the automatically generated order confirmation does not guarantee the delivery of the ordered products. It only confirms that we have received your order, subject to delivery capability and correct pricing.
In case of significant pricing errors related to the ordered products, we may cancel the order in whole or in part.
Placing an order obligates the customer to accept the products and services provided. Requests for subsequent changes or cancellations may not always be possible and may be rejected.
Payment
We offer various payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT. However, we reserve the right to restrict certain payment methods without giving reasons, depending on the products ordered, creditworthiness issues, previous experiences with the customer, the total order value, or technical availability.
The sum owed for an order will be debited immediately in the case of Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT payments. The goods remain the property of Prime Care AG until full payment has been received from the customer.
Delivery
We deliver our products to any requested address worldwide. The individual product pages on our website state when the requested product will be dispatched. In rare cases, delivery may take longer than the time stated due to delays on the part of our suppliers. In such cases, we will send the available items as a partial delivery and the remaining items as soon as possible.
If an ordered product is no longer available, we will cancel the order (partially or in full) and refund any payments made. We are not liable for damages resulting from late deliveries or undeliverable products.
Delivery is deemed completed at the time of handover to the postal services. The benefits and risks of the goods are transferred to the customer upon handover to the postal services. We will send a confirmation email to the address provided upon sending an order.
Please note that cool items cannot be dispatched on weekends as uninterrupted cool conditions cannot be guaranteed.
Returns
We offer a right of return within ten days of receiving the goods. Please note that this fixed right of return does not apply to products with a stated delivery time of at least one week, as these are niche products that we must purchase ourselves and cannot return to manufacturers or sell to other customers. Additionally, foodstuffs are not included in the fixed right of return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned fully packed with all accessories and the delivery note. Products that are sealed and encased in plastic can only be returned if they have not been opened, and any seals may not be broken.
If the product demonstrates defects that were present at the time of receipt, you can always return it. Returns must be sent back to us at the customer's expense. However, we will pay the return costs if the return is due to a defect.
Please check the products immediately upon delivery and notify us in writing of any defects observed. If the defect has been caused by the customer or other persons after receiving the goods, we are not obliged to carry out a replacement delivery or reimburse the purchase price.
Please note that a return incurs operating costs of CHF 20, which must be paid by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect in the product.
Medicines
We do not list medicines of the list A-C of the Swiss medicines institute Swissmedic on Beeovita.com. Please note that all of these medicines require a doctor's prescription for delivery.
Paper receipts issued by a licensed doctor in Switzerland, receipt data transferred by a doctor electronically, and other authorized prescriptions are accepted as valid prescriptions. However, copies of receipts and scanned receipts cannot be accepted.
Medicines are sent by registered delivery and can only be accepted by persons of the same household with a signature, unless the customer has expressly excluded a person in the order.
Our specialists reserves the right to reduce the ordered quantity or not to deliver individual medicines if the safety of medicines requires it.
If we receive correct insurance details, we bill all medicines covered by basic or additional insurance directly to the health insurance company. This is subject to the health insurance company billing in accordance with "tier payant." If the health insurance company rejects the invoice, the bill will be passed directly to the customer.
In accordance with Swiss legislation, it is not permitted to return medicines, regardless of whether they have been used or not.
Data Protection
Our data protection declaration, found in our Privacy Policy, is an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions of Business. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Business, you also accept our data protection declaration.
Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
All legal relationships between Beeovita.com and the customer are subject to Swiss law. The United Nations Convention governing the International Sale of Goods does not apply. In case of lawsuits, the place of jurisdiction is Rumlang, Switzerland.
