ALPINAMED Krill Oil Caps - Omega-3 Fatty Acids

Each krill oil capsule contains 500 mg of pure, naturally sourced Antarctic krill oil. Krill oil is a source of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). The natural substance astaxanthin contained in krill oil gives krill oil its deep red color.

Heart function
The Krill Oil capsules contain EPA and DHA. These contribute to normal heart function. This positive effect occurs with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.
Brain function
DHA contributes to maintaining normal brain function. This positive effect occurs with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.
Blood lipids
DHA and EPA contribute to maintaining a normal triglyceride level in the blood if a daily intake of 2 g DHA and EPA guaranteed and DHA is taken in combination with EPA. The total daily intake of EPA-DHA combined must not exceed 5 g.
