Sidroga Ginger Tea: A Spicy and Healthy Tea

Ingredients: ginger root

Properties: Ginger, which is mainly known as an aromatic, hot spice, is also valued as a drink by the Chinese and Indians, as well as other Asian peoples. In addition to the essential oil and the pungent substances that are responsible for the typical taste, it contains many vitamins and minerals such as potassium, calcium and iron. Preparation: 1 filter bag for 1 cup (150 ml). Pour boiling water over it, leave to stand for 5 minutes. Gently squeeze out the bag and take it out.

Important note: Always pour boiling water over it and let it stand for at least 5 minutes! This is the only way to get safe food!
