When are WALA Euphrasia single-dose eye drops used?

According to anthroposophical knowledge of man and nature, WALA Euphrasia single-dose eye drops can be used in mild inflammatory conditions of the conjunctiva such as catarrhal conjunctivitis conjunctiva irritated by wind, dust or pollen, as well as for tired, watery eyes.

The use of this medicinal product in the stated area of ​​application is based exclusively on the principles of anthroposophical knowledge of man and nature.

What should you watch out for?

If your doctor has prescribed you other medicines, ask your doctor or pharmacist whether WALA Euphrasia single-dose eye drops may be used concomitantly.

When should WALA Euphrasia single-dose eye drops not be taken or used with caution?

If there is no improvement (within 2-3 days) or progressive deterioration, you should consult a doctor immediately. Do not use for glaucoma without medical supervision. Since there is no sufficiently documented experience with infants and small children up to 24 months of age, the drug should only be used in these age groups if prescribed by a doctor.

Tell your doctor, pharmacist or druggist if you

•suffer from other diseases,

•have allergies or

• are taking other medicines (including those you bought yourself!) or using them on your eyes.

Can WALA Euphrasia single-dose eye drops be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Based on previous experience, there is no known risk for the child if used as directed. However, systematic scientific investigations have never been carried out. As a precaution, you should avoid taking medicines during pregnancy and breastfeeding or ask your doctor, pharmacist or druggist for advice.

How do you use WALA Euphrasia single-dose eye drops?

Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, three times for children over 2 years of age, adolescents and adults instill 1 drop daily into the conjunctival sac.

Application note

Do not bring the single-dose container into contact with your eyes!

Opening: Detach a container from the latch and open it by twisting off the flat wing.

Drip Instructions: Tilt your head back. With the index finger of one hand, gently pull the lower eyelid down. With the other hand, dose a drop of the liquid into the conjunctival sac by gently pressing the container with your finger. Then keep the eye as open as possible and move it so that the liquid is evenly distributed.

Follow the dosage given in the package leaflet or as prescribed by your doctor. If the desired improvement does not occur during the treatment of a small child / child, a doctor should be consulted with him or her. If you think the medicine is too weak or too strong, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or druggist.

What side effects can WALA Euphrasia single-dose eye drops have?

In individual cases, irritation of the eyes such as burning, redness, itching, swelling or increased tear flow can occur. If you notice side effects, contact your doctor, pharmacist or druggist. This also applies in particular to side effects that are not listed in this leaflet.

What else needs to be considered?

The medicinal product may only be used up to the date marked "EXP" on the container.

Storage Instructions

Do not store above 30°C.

Keep out of the reach of children.

WALA Euphrasia single-dose eye drops contain no preservatives and should therefore only be opened immediately before use. Unit doses once opened are not stable and cannot be stored.
