Comfeel Plus Flexible Wound Dressing is a particularly adaptable and skin-friendly self-adhesive hydrocolloid dressing. The matrix ensures very good stability of the dressing, even with increased exudate absorption. The evaporation rate adapts to the amount of wound exudate - the more exudate stored in the dressing, the more liquid can evaporate. On the other hand, if the exudation is low, the permeability is reduced so that the wound does not dry out. This creates an optimally moist wound environment, which accelerates tissue regeneration.
The semi-permeable film protects the wound from bacteria and infections from the outside, while the water-repellent surface enables unproblematic basic care. The flattened edges and the smooth, low-friction surface prevent the bandage from rolling up.
