When should caution be taken when taking Creon?Children with pancreatic cystic fibrosis who are receiving long-term treatment with pancreatic enzyme preparations should have regular check-ups in specialized centers . Specific narrowing of the large intestine has been observed in some patients with mucoviscidosis (cystic fibrosis) during therapy with pancreatic enzyme preparations.
