Sponser BCAA are tasteless capsules with the branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) leucine, valine and isoleucine in a ratio of 3: 1 :1. The branched-chain amino acids are available more quickly compared to intact amino acids. They are used to build up proteins quickly, whereby the proteins support the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Application

• Strength athletes should take approx. 2 capsules per 10kg body weight divided into 2 servings, whereby the first should take place shortly before and the second shortly after the training.
• Endurance athletes should use during long endurance exercise Take 2 - 4 capsules per hour and another 1 capsule per 10kg body weight shortly after the performance.
