Quinoa millet meal with vegetables

- 200 ml water or vegetable broth
- Herbal salt
- possibly. 1 - 2 tsp cream cheese, pesto, vegetable oil (e.g. add linseed oil after cooling), butter or cream
Stir TischleinDeckDich in 200 ml water/broth and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Simmer on a low level for about 4 - 5 minutes. Stir in between. With salt and possibly cream cheese or similar. to taste
