Application
Either open the capsule and take the contents together with a meal or unopened and unchewed with a drink.The effect starts about 1 to 1.5 hours after ingestion and lasts for 18 hours afterwards. The capsule is best taken in the morning or about an hour before (flight or car) travel.

Composition
