When is Weleda build-up lime used? According to anthroposophical knowledge of man and nature, Weleda build-up lime can be used to promote bone and tooth formation in children with special calcium requirements such as during pregnancy and breastfeeding, with a tendency to nettle rash (urticaria), in the event of insufficient absorption of nutrients and in the case of nutritional difficulties in older people.Weleda build-up lime contains two complementary preparations that take into account the different metabolic status of the organism during the day and at night. Together they regulate and harmonize the calcium metabolism in particular.Weleda build-up lime 1 contains a potentised form of apatite, a natural calcium fluoride phosphate and pumpkin blossom extract. Together with the plant extract, apatite stabilizes the nervous system while at the same time stimulating the willingness to absorb the calcium provided with food. Weleda build-up lime 2 consists of a potentized trituration of oyster shells (consisting primarily of calcium carbonate) with the addition of Oak bark extract and represents the nourishing part of the calcium dietary.
