They have an adsorptive, slightly astringent effect and support the growth of bacteria with positive properties on the entire organism. If symptoms occur - diarrhoea/exposure to pollutants:Adults are recommended to take 2 capsules 3 times a day for the first 10 days. After that, e.g. 1 capsule 3 times a day should be taken until the symptoms subside (maximum 20 days without a break).For children over 6 years of age, it is recommended to take 1 capsule 3 times a day for the first 10 days . After that, e.g. 1 capsule 3 times a day should be taken until the symptoms subside (maximum 20 days).If you have problems taking it, e.g. stomach problems, the initial dose should be reduced to 1× 1 to 2× 1 capsules.
