Application
2 x daily 1 sachet (= 3g) in a Stir in a glass of water (approx. 125ml), wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach, e.g. B. in the morning before breakfast and in the evening before dinner or before bed.
