The Haschberg elderberry variety is used for the Biotta organic elderberry juice, the highest quality and most flavorful variety. The black berries are harvested and pressed particularly gently and by hand at the end of summer, resulting in a delicious natural juice without artificial additives and without added sugar. Due to the particularly gentle production, the juice tastes delicious and fruity-mild.
