Ingredients: Chamomile blossoms, lemon verbena, sweet fennel, linden blossoms, lemon balm leaves , peppermint leaves. All ingredients used come from controlled organic cultivation.Properties: The soothing and balancing herbal tea mixture consists of chamomile blossoms, lemon verbena (verbena), fennel, linden blossoms, lemon balm leaves and peppermint leaves. The lemon verbena (verbena) gives the tea a light lemon note.Preparation: 1 filter bag for 1 cup (approx. 150 ml). Pour boiling water on, leave to stand for 5 minutes, gently squeeze out the bag and remove. Cool down to drinking temperature (approx. 37 °C). Please only offer freshly brewed tea!
