The Salus Vitamin B complex is a tonic with 6 important B vitamins B1, B2, niacin (B3), B6, biotin (B7) and vitamin B12. The B vitamins are involved in many metabolic processes in the body and contribute to mental and physical well-being. They all play a role in healthy energy metabolism and healthy nerve function.
