Properties

Scent: fresh, fruity, herbaceous, sweet. Effect: balancing, relaxing, refreshing, strengthening. Helps with: mood swings, sadness, anger, mind merry-go-round rides, fear, tension. Ensures: relaxation, harmony, good sleep. The Greek «melissa» means «honey bee». Up to eight tons of lemon balm leaves are required to extract one liter of the valuable essential oil of lemon balm. This "elixir of life" has a fresh, bright scent, strengthens the spirit and makes the heart happy. Lemon balm essential oil banishes dark thoughts. May cause skin irritation, so use small doses.
