Application

As warm tea:Pour boiling water over one tea bag per cup (200ml) and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.As iced tea:

Pour 100ml of boiling water over one tea bag, leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes and then top up with 500ml of cold water, lemon balm and ice cubes.
