When is Selomida Muscle used?

Selomida® Muscle is a homeopathically manufactured drug that is based on the therapy principle of Dr. Schuessler is applied. It contains the Schuessler salts no. 2, 3, 5, 7 and 8 as active ingredients.

According to the biochemical therapy principle according to Dr. Schuessler, Selomida® muscles can be used to support muscle complaints caused by overexertion (e.g. muscle soreness, muscle cramps, tension) and calf cramps.

The use of these Schuessler salts in the areas of application mentioned is based on a long-standing tradition.

What should be considered?

If your doctor has prescribed other medicines for you, ask your doctor or pharmacist or ask your doctor or pharmacist whether Selomida® Muscles can be taken at the same time.

If the cramps last longer than 10 days, a doctor must be consulted.

This medicine cannot be used to treat gross deficiency states (e.g. of magnesium).

Selomida® Muscles contains 7.5 g lactose per sachet. If your doctor has diagnosed you with sugar intolerance, inform him or her before you take this medicine.

Diabetics: 1 sachet corresponds to 7.5 g of carbohydrates.

When should Selomida muscles not be taken or should only be taken with caution?

To date, no application restrictions are known. If used as intended, no special precautionary measures are necessary.

-take other medicines (including those you bought yourself!)!

Can Selomida muscles be taken during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Based on previous experience, there is no known risk for the child when used as intended. However, systematic scientific investigations have never been carried out. As a precaution, you should avoid taking medicines during pregnancy and breastfeeding or ask your doctor, pharmacist or druggist for advice.

How do you use Selomida muscles?

For acute symptoms, dissolve the contents of one sachet in a large glass of water or tea up to 3 times a day and drink in small sips.

For chronic symptoms, dissolve the contents of one sachet in a large glass of water or tea and drink in small sips throughout the day.

Observe the dosage specified in the package leaflet or prescribed by your doctor. If the desired improvement does not occur when treating a small child/child, they should see a doctor.

What side effects can Selomida muscles have?

People with milk sugar intolerance (lactose intolerance) may experience gastrointestinal symptoms or a laxative effect when taking the drug.
