    What is Magnesium Vital Complex 1.25 mmol and when is it used?

    Magnesium Vital Complex 1.25 mmol contains various magnesium salts.

    Magnesium Vital Complex 1.25 mmol will:

    • to cover an increased need (e.g. growth, high-performance sport, pregnancy, breastfeeding),

      When must Magnesium Vital Complex 1.25 mmol not be used?

      Magnesium Vital Complex 1.25 mmol must not be used in the following cases:

      • severe renal insufficiency,
      • hypersensitivity to one of the components,
      • predisposition to kidney stone formation (magnesium-calcium-ammonium-phosphine stones),
      • in case of severe dehydration of the body (ecsiccosis),
      • in the event of disturbances in the conduction of impulses in the heart.

      When should magnesium be taken? Vital Complex 1.25 mmol Caution required?

      Patients suffering from moderate renal insufficiency may only take Magnesium Vital Complex 1.25 mmol after consulting a doctor.

      If the cramps last longer than 10 days, consult a doctor

      Inform your doctor or pharmacist or druggist if you suffer from other illnesses, have allergies or are taking other medicines (including those you bought yourself!) such as medicines that contain iron or fluorine or tetracycline -Antibiotics.

      How do you use Magnesium Vital Complex 1.25 mmol?

      Adults and children over 12 years

      • Zur Compensation of a low-magnesium diet: 2-4 capsules/day.
      • In the event of a magnesium deficiency or increased magnesium requirement, calf cramps: up to 2-3 capsules 3-4 times/day.

      Children from 6 to 12 years

      • To compensate for a low-magnesium diet: 1-2 capsules/day.
      • In the event of a magnesium deficiency or increased magnesium requirement , Leg cramps: 1-2 capsules 3 times/day.

      Take the capsules with a glass of water or another non-alcoholic beverage.

      To date, the use and safety of Magnesium Vital Complex 1.25 mmol has not been methodically studied in children under the age of 6 years.

      What side effects can Magnesium Vital Complex 1.25 mmol have?

      The following side effects can occur when taking Magnesium Vital Complex 1.25 mmol: The preparation can occasionally cause diarrhea; most of the time this diarrhea is not of a serious nature, so that the treatment does not have to be stopped because of it. If you have severe diarrhea, you should stop treatment and inform your doctor.
