Application
The lid of the pot doubles as a closure and a practical measuring spoon. There are two marking lines on the top of the lid. If the lid is filled to the outer mark, the amount of salt corresponds to one tablespoon, if it is filled to the inner mark, it corresponds to one teaspoon.

AlcaBain can be used in many different ways:
- Full bath: For a full bath you need the equivalent of three lids or three tablespoons AlcaBain. We recommend a water temperature of 37 to 38 °C and a bathing time of at least 30 minutes. For a child's bath, approx. 20 liters, we recommend half a lid or a teaspoon of AlcaBain. Foot bath: For a foot bath in a bowl, use half a lid or a teaspoon of AlcaBain. We recommend a water temperature of 38 to 41 °C and a bath time of at least 30 minutes.Hand bath: For a hand bath in a bowl, you will need half a lid or a teaspoon of AlcaBain. Peeling (mixture of AlcaDouche + AlcaBain 2:1): Add a pinch of AlcaBain to the AlcaDouche gel, mix it and rub the body with it. If the skin is tolerated, AlcaBain can also be used pure. Then rinse briefly.
- Steam bath: To use AlcaBain in a steam bath, first sweat for about five minutes. Then apply some AlcaBain to the body and massage the salt in lightly. Sweat for ten minutes. Then rinse yourself with a jet of water.Inhalation (1cc to 1.5-2l): For an inhalation, pour a liter of boiling water into a bowl. Add half a cap or a teaspoon of AlcaBain.Deodorant: Mix a pinch of AlcaBain in the palm of your hand with a little water. Apply the mixture to soap-washed armpits. Allow to dry.Dental hygiene: Dissolve a pinch of AlcaBain in a cup. Dip your toothbrush in it. Apply fluoride-free toothpaste to your toothbrush and brush your teeth as usual.Massage: For a massage, use a high-quality massage oil and mix it with AlcaBain. Apply the massage oil, then take the alkaline salt from a plate with the palm of your hand and gently massage your body with the salt.
