Contra-Pain plus should not be used for more than 5 days without a doctor's prescription or for more than 3 days in the case of fever . Painkillers should not be taken regularly over a long period of time without medical supervision. Long-lasting pain requires a medical evaluation. The dosage specified or prescribed by the doctor must not be exceeded. It is also important to remember that taking painkillers for a long time can itself contribute to headache persistence. Long-term use of painkillers, especially when several painkillers are combined, can lead to permanent kidney damage with the risk of kidney failure. Excessive consumption of caffeine in the form of coffee, tea and canned drinks containing caffeine should be avoided while taking Contra-Schalm plus.
You must not take Contra-Scherz plus if you:

These complications can occur at any time during treatment, even without warning symptoms. Acetylsalicylic acid (even at very low doses) inhibits the sticking together of blood platelets. There is therefore an increased tendency to bleed during and after operations (including minor operations such as tooth extraction), which can persist for several days after you have stopped taking it.

In low doses, acetylsalicylic acid reduces the excretion of uric acid. In patients who already tend to have low uric acid excretion, this can possibly trigger a gout attack.
You should also consult your doctor if you suffer from pulse irregularities (cardiac arrhythmias).
Adolescents from the age of 12 with fever, flu, chickenpox or other viral diseases may only take Contra-Scherz plus on the doctor's instructions and only as a second-line remedy.
