Stomach disorders that manifest as Express pain or pressure pain or are associated with a general feeling of illness require medical advice.
Please note that certain stimulants such as coffee, alcohol, nicotine and certain medicines such as painkillers and rheumatism drugs can cause stomach problems.
Carmol drops should not be used in the case of serious diseases of the internal organs and in children up to 12 years of age.
This medicinal product contains 18.8 mg alcohol (ethanol) per drop, equivalent to 508 mg/ml (64% v/v). The amount in 20 drops of this medicine is equivalent to 10 ml of beer or 4 ml of wine.
It is unlikely that the amount of alcohol in this medicine will affect adults and adolescents, or that there will be any noticeable effects in children. In young children, effects may be possible, e.g. drowsiness.
The amount of alcohol in this medicine may alter the effects of other medicines. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking other medicines.
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine.
If you are dependent on alcohol, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine.
It may cause a burning sensation on damaged skin.

Carmol drops contain 64% alcohol by volume. Alcohol can harm the unborn child. If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, or if you are breastfeeding, you must not take Carmol drops.
Oral: 10-20 drops on a piece of sugar, Take in tea or in hot water, up to 5 times a day, preferably between meals.
For rubbing in: rub Carmol drops lightly into the painful area several times a day. Wash your hands thoroughly after rubbing them in with Carmol drops. It is essential to avoid contact of Carmol drops with the eyes.
For gargling: Add 10-20 drops to warm water and gargle as needed.
The use and safety of Carmol drops in children and adolescents has not yet been tested.

Up to now, no side effects have been observed for Carmol drops when used as intended. If you nevertheless observe side effects, inform your doctor, pharmacist or druggist.
The medicinal product may only be used up to the date marked on the container with « EXP» can be used.

Any eye contact or excessive use in the facial area can cause unpleasant burning sensations. If necessary, flush eyes with plenty of water; Complaints disappear after a short time.
