Wellness Nutrition are the two most important aspects of our life. Without them, we would not survive. Nutrition is the process of providing the body with nutrients that it needs to function properly, while health is the state of well-being in which a person has optimal physical, mental and social functioning.

To ensure proper nutrition and optimum Wellness it’s important to listen to your body’s needs, consult with healthcare professionals regularly if needed and make informed decisions about what types of food you consume on a daily basis – this includes eating fresh produce over processed foods whenever possible as fresh foods contain more essential vitamins and minerals than processed options do.
