Maltodextrin* min. 95%, strains of Lactococcus lactis species, Leuconostoc species, Streptococcus Thermophilus, Kluyveromyces marxianus and probiotic Lactobacillus acidophilus-5. Legend: * Organic, ** Bud, *** Demeter.
Properties
Beverage with a light yeast taste. Preparation with fresh milk, UHT and lactose-free milk. Makes up to 30 liters of kefir with a pack of 3 bags. Is free of animal and artificial additives. GMO-free.
Application
Mix 1 bag of ferment with 1 liter of milk and leave this mixture to mature for approx. 24 hours at 22-28°C (can also be stored in the My.Yo yoghurt maker can be produced at 37-42°C).
