Instructions for use:

1. Open the packaging and remove the heat patch
2. Peel off the protective backing to reveal the adhesive side
3. Apply the heat patch directly to the affected area
4. Press down firmly to ensure it sticks to the skin
5. The patch will heat up gradually and reach its maximum temperature in approximately 30 minutes
6. Remove the patch after 8 hours, or earlier if necessary
7. Dispose of the patch in a safe and environmentally friendly manner
