Vitamin B12 and phosphoserine are in dissolved form in the first chamber, the drinking ampoule. Glutamine is in the second chamber, the red stopper. Only when the stopper is pressed down are all three ingredients mixed together and the drinking solution is ready to be taken.The HerstelThe solution takes place according to the illustrations.Remove the plastic closure of the drinking ampoule by pulling the tab. Push in the protruding stopper until the contents (white powder) fall into the solution (if you cannot depress the stopper with your thumb, press the drinking ampoule upside down on the table top). Shake the drinking ampoule well a few times. Then remove the stopper, pour the contents into a glass and add water as you like or take the contents undiluted.
