Zinc oxide promotes wound healing and has a slightly disinfecting effect. ZinCream Medinova is odourless, easy to wash off with water and adheres well to weeping skin. Thanks to its good water absorption capacity, it has a drying effect and is particularly suitable for moist and weeping skin diseases, e.g. soreness and weeping eczema. ZinCream Medinova is used in the following cases:Diaper dermatitis and intertrigo (skin chafing)ZinCream Medinova is used for Healing of diaper dermatitis (redness and soreness on the buttocks) and intertrigo (redness and weeping sores in skin folds, also called skin wolf).
