Baldriparan "For the Night" is used for sleep disorders caused by nervousness. What should be considered?If the symptoms persist for more than a month, medical help should be sought. Support the treatment with anything that gives you rest and relaxation: a soothing full bath and light physical activity such as swimming, walking or gymnastics. Make it easier for yourself to fall asleep by getting your body used to a regular daily routine with fixed mealtimes and an even day/night rhythm. When should Baldriparan «For the Night» not be taken or only with caution?Valdriparan «For the Night» must not be used if there is a known hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients (see "Composition"), also not from small children.
