Can INBIOTYS Alflorex be taken/used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding? Take 1 capsule of INBIOTYS Alflorex daily for at least 4 weeks. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Can be taken at any time of the day, regardless of meals. Take with a glass of water.Fruit juices are generally acidic and acid can damage the 35624® strain. We recommend taking INBIOTYS Alflorex with water, milk or less acidic drinks such as soy, almond or rice milk. However, INBIOTYS Alflorex can be taken with a meal that also contains fruit juice, as food helps protect the INBIOTYS Alflorex strain.INBIOTYS Alflorex consists of bacteria that could be inactivated by treatment with antibiotics. INBIOTYS Alflorex can be taken at the same time as antibiotics. However, during antibiotic therapy, the daily dose of INBIOTYS Alflorex must be taken separately from the dose of the antibiotic. A temporary adjustment phase is normal. It is important to continue taking INBIOTYS Alflorex. What else should you bear in mind? Storage Always close the container after each use. The container was sealed after filling. Store at room temperature, below 25 °C and in a dry place.
