What should be considered?The drops are sweetened with saccharin and sorbitol and can be given to diabetic children. When must NeoCitran cough suppressant drops for children not be taken?You must not use NeoCitran cough suppressant drops for children, if your child is allergic to butamirate citrate (active ingredient) or any of the excipients,if your child has fructose intolerance, a (rare) congenital condition in which the affected person does not break down fructose can.
