Composition From controlled organic cultivation: Blue mallow (poplar), lemon balm, raspberry leaves, spearmint, elderflower, lime blossom, cornflower. . Properties The tart, floral herbal mixture with blue mallow and lemon balm is a great treat for the palate. The tea goes wonderfully with Italian risottos. Application Crush as many herbs per cup (200 ml) as there is room for in a heaped teaspoon. Scald with boiling water and let steep for a maximum of 10 minutes.
