​Shipping Policy

At Beeovita, we ensure that our Swiss health and beauty products are delivered to you efficiently and transparently. All shipments originate from our headquarters in Switzerland. Beeovita operated by Prime Care AG.


1. Dispatch Location

All orders are processed and shipped from:

2. Logistics Partners

We utilize Swiss Post Swiss Post and FedEx mail FedEx for global distribution. These carriers comply with the Universal Postal Convention¹ and international air freight regulations.


3. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Our shipping terms are based on Incoterms® 2020² standards to ensure legal clarity for international trade:
United States (USA) – DDP (Delivered Duty Paid):
For all orders to the USA, Beeovita acts as the "Importer of Record." In accordance with 19 CFR (Title 19 of the Code of Federal Regulations)³, we cover all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees. The price at checkout is final.
Rest of the World – DAP (Delivered At Place):
For orders outside the USA, goods are shipped DAP. Per the EU Union Customs Code (Regulation (EU) No 952/2013)⁴ and similar national laws, the recipient is responsible for all import VAT, duties, and local handling fees. These are determined by the destination country's customs authority.


4. Shipping Insurance and Liability

All shipments are covered under the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 440 et seq. OR)⁵ and, where applicable, the Montreal Convention for international carriage by air. Beeovita is responsible for the goods until they are handed over to the carrier.


5. Delivery Timelines

Processing: 1–2 business days.
Standard (Swiss Post Swiss Post ): 5–15 business days.
Express ( FedEx mail FedEx): 2–5 business days.
Note: Delays due to customs inspections (under the authority of local customs acts) are beyond our control.


6. Compliance with Export Control

Beeovita complies with the Swiss Federal Act on the Control of Dual-Use Goods and other Swiss export regulations to ensure all health products are legally dispatched.


7. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a delivery is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address:
In accordance with Swiss Contract Law, the customer may be held liable for the costs of return shipping and any administrative fees incurred.
