Magnesium-Diasporal 100 lozenges will be
Calf cramps, muscle twitching, restless legs; low magnesium diet;
in high-performance sport, during pregnancy and breastfeeding; during growth;
in the case of magnesium deficiency as a result of insufficient intake (unbalanced diet, alcohol abuse),
with certain cardiac arrhythmias.

Magnesium-Diasporal 100 lozenges must not be used in the event of severely restricted kidney function or predisposition to certain kidney stone diseases (magnesium ammonium phosphate stones) and large water losses, e.g. after severe vomiting or diarrhea.
Patients with impaired kidney function should only take the medicine after consulting their doctor. If the medicine for calf cramps is taken and these last longer than 10 days, a doctor should be consulted.
Magnesium supplements should not be taken at the same time as tetracyclines (antibiotics) or fluorides, as they prevent each other from being absorbed into the blood. A staggered application of 3-4 hours is possible.

The use and safety of Magnesium-Diasporal 100 lozenges in children under 2 years of age has not yet been systematically tested.
