The sprout seeds make it possible to grow crisp, fresh sprouts and seedlings yourself every day. The fresh and varied taste of the sprouts complements the light cuisine and gives soups, salads or dips a delicious note.
Rinse the seeds thoroughly with clean water before sowing. 1.5 tablespoons of seeds are required per bowl. Then soak for 4 hours and allow to flourish at a temperature of 18-22 degrees. Water twice a day and harvest after 6-8 days.
