Tanno-Hermal Lotio is a medicinal product that has a drying effect on weeping, infected skin diseases, primarily due to the physico-chemical, astringent properties of the synthetic tanning agent it contains. If you are known to be hypersensitive to synthetic tanning agents, parahydroxybenzoates and their esters (parabens; E 214 - E 219) or any of the other ingredients Tanno-Hermal Lotio must not be used.
