Borotalco powder is made from finely ground talc from the Italian province of Turin and is one of the purest naturally occurring minerals in the world. The powder creates a pleasant feeling of dryness and well-being all over the body by absorbing excess moisture, which mainly occurs in skin folds and under the armpits. When used daily, it also has a preventative effect against redness and inflammation, which are mainly caused by friction and prolonged contact with wet diapers.
