Application
Stir 1 sachet (=3g) in a glass of water (approx. 125ml) 1–2 times a day for 1 minute Wait for activation time, stir and drink. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach. If you take 2 × daily, the application is recommended before breakfast and before dinner.
