Application

Apply generously and evenly before going out in the sun. Apply regularly in sufficient quantity, especially after bathing. Avoid sun exposure between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. or wear protective clothing. Excessive exposure to the sun is a serious health hazard. Insufficient amount of sunscreen reduces the protective effect.
