Arterin cholesterol is a food supplement with effective support for cholesterol management. It contains the ingredients phytosterols as well as plant extracts from bergamot and artichoke and vitamin C. How to use

Take one Arterin cholesterol tablet a day. Preferably this should be taken with the evening meal, as cholesterol production mainly takes place during the night.

If necessary, the dose can be increased to two tablets a day.

1. Phytosterols have been shown to lower blood cholesterol levels. High cholesterol is one of the risk factors for developing coronary heart disease. This is caused by several risk factors. Changing one of these risk factors may or may not have a positive effect. A positive effect in terms of lowering cholesterol levels occurs with a daily intake of 1.5 - 3 g of phytosterols. A daily intake of at least 0.8 g phytosterols is required to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal blood vessel function. Vitamin C helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
