Description
When TELFASTIN ALLERSPRAY is sprayed on the nasal mucosa, it forms an osmotic, absorbent, flexible and resistant film on this surface. The film acts as a protective barrier against environmental allergens and other irritants and pollutants, preventing them from coming into contact with the nasal mucosa. The osmotic pressure of the film attracts and binds the pollutants already present on the nasal mucosa. This cleansing action promotes the repair of the mucous membrane and strengthens its defences. An intact nasal mucosa prevents allergens from entering the body. This absorbent mechanical barrier, which simultaneously protects, cleanses and minimizes allergen contact, provides rapid symptom relief. TELFASTIN ALLERSPRAY is low-irritant and has a mechanical effect on the nasal mucosa without being absorbed by the body. The clinical results demonstrate a significant reduction in irritation and nasal congestion, and a very rapid normalization of nasal discharge.

What is TELFASTIN ALLERSPRAY and when is it used?

What should be considered?
Due to the composition and the mechanical-topical mechanism of action, the probability of interactions with a systemic treatment is extremely low.
Do not use other nasal topical therapy for 15 minutes before and after using the product.
TELFASTIN ALLERSPRAY is harmless if swallowed.
Avoid all contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
When should TELFASTIN ALLERSPRAY not be used?
Check the composition of the product and do not use it if you are sensitive or allergic react to any of the ingredients used to manufacture this product.
Since there is insufficient data on safety, the product should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in children under the age of 12, or in patients with asthma or severe breathing difficulties.

How do you use TELFASTIN ALLERSPRAY?
Only for topical use in the nasal cavity.
Wash hands before use. Use each vial on one person only to reduce the risk of cross infection.
- Blow your nose thoroughly before using the product.
- Shake the bottle.
- Remove the protective cap.
- Squeeze the atomizer until a fine mist is produced.
- Insert the nozzle vertically into one nostril, hold the other nostril closed and atomize the product by activating the nozzle. Repeat for the other nostril. Stick to the recommended dosage.
- For hygienic reasons, clean the spray attachment with warm water after each use. Replace the protective cap after each use.
Treatment for symptoms
If an allergic reaction occurs, apply 2-3 sprays into each nostril and breathe in gently. Repeat this process 3 to 4 times a day.
Preventive Treatment
If your allergy symptoms have resolved but you continue to be exposed to the allergen/irritant, you can use this product as a preventive measure. Apply 2-3 sprays into each nostril, preferably 5-15 minutes before exposure to the allergenic substance or before entering a polluted/allergic environment. Repeat this process 2 to 3 times a day.
Contact your doctor if there is no improvement after using TELFASTIN ALLERSPRAY for 7 days.
What side effects can TELFASTIN ALLERSPRAY have?
If you experience an allergic reaction within a few minutes of using the product, discontinue use of the product, rinse your nose thoroughly with fresh, clear water and contact a healthcare professional if necessary.
If you become aware of a serious incident related to the use of this product, please notify the manufacturer/distributor and your competent authority immediately.
What else do you need to know?
Keep out of the reach of children.
Store at room temperature, do not refrigerate and do not freeze.
The product must not be used after the expiry date, 30 days after first use or if the bottle is damaged.
What does TELFASTIN ALLERSPRAY contain?
Aqua, Glycerol, Solagum (acacia and xanthan gum), Allercyanidin-G (derivative from extracts of Camellia sinensis leaves, Curcumalonga, Panax Ginseng and Urtica Dioica Roots), Citrus Limonum Essential Oil, Preservatives (Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid).
