When is Traumeel drops used?

•Progressive systemic diseases (such as tuberculosis, sarcoid, Diseases of the white blood cell system, e.g. leukaemia),

•Chronic viral diseases (such as hepatitis B),

•Immune deficiency (AIDS/HIV infections).

In acute conditions, adults and children over 12 years of age take 10 drops every half to full hour up to 12 times a day, and as directed by a doctor school children from 6-11 years of age take 7 drops and children between 2-5 years of age 5 drops every half to full hour up to 8 times a day. If you think the medicine is too weak or too strong, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or druggist.

What side effects can Traumeel, drops have?

The following side effects have been observed when taking Traumeel, drops or preparations of the same composition: Hypersensitivity reactions with skin rash and itching as well as diarrhoea. The drug should then be discontinued and medical advice sought. If you notice any side effects that are not described here, tell your doctor, pharmacist or druggist. When taking homeopathic medicines, the symptoms can temporarily worsen (initial aggravation).
