What are Zeller Heart and Nerves film tablets and when are they used?

Zeller Heart and Nerves film tablets contain dry extracts of hawthorn herb, hawthorn fruit, passion flower herb, hop cones and valerian roots.

Zeller Heart and Nerves film-coated tablets are a standardized herbal medicinal product. Consistent quality is achieved through standardization.

The proven medicinal plants complement each other. They have a calming effect on the heart and nerves (hawthorn, passion flower, hops, valerian).

Zeller Heart and Nerves Film Tablets are therefore indicated for the following complaints: Nervous heart problems, which can manifest themselves in a variety of symptoms such as: a feeling of pressure and anxiety in the heart area, severe palpitations, rapid pulse, difficulty falling asleep and restless sleep, dizziness and nervousness .

What should be considered?

If an irregular pulse, severe palpitations, stabbing pain in the heart area and shortness of breath occur frequently or last longer, a consultation is essential doctor displayed. He or she will determine whether the heart or the vessels are organically diseased or whether the symptoms are caused by nerves.

This preparation contains approx. 235 mg of usable carbohydrates per single dose (1 film-coated tablet).

When should Zeller Herz und Nerven film tablets not be taken or only with caution?

This medicine should not be taken if there is a known hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients.

If used as intended, no special precautionary measures are necessary. This medicine is not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.

Can Zeller Herz und Nerven film-coated tablets be taken during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Based on previous experience, there is no known risk for the child when used as directed. However, systematic scientific investigations have never been carried out. As a precaution, you should avoid taking medicines during pregnancy and breastfeeding or ask your doctor, pharmacist or druggist for advice.

How do you use Zeller Heart and Nerves film tablets?

For nervous heart problems, adults take 1 Zeller Heart and Nerves film tablet 3 times a day with some liquid. If you have trouble falling asleep, a single dose of 1-2 film-coated tablets one hour before going to bed is recommended. The use and safety of Zeller Heart and Nerves, film-coated tablets in children and adolescents under the age of 18 has not yet been tested.

Stick to the dosage given in the package insert or prescribed by your doctor. If you think the medicine is too weak or too strong, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or druggist.

What side effects can Zeller Heart and Nerves film tablets have?

Up to now, no side effects have been observed for Zeller Heart and Nerves film tablets when used as intended. If you nevertheless observe side effects, inform your doctor, pharmacist or druggist.

What else needs to be considered?

The medicinal product may only be used up to the date marked «EXP» on the container.

Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in the original packaging.

What does Zeller Herz und Nerve film tablets contain?

1 film tablet contains 29.4 mg dry extract from hop cones (DEV_native 7-10:1 ), extracting agent methanol 50.8% (V/V), 67.5 mg dry extract of valerian root (DEV_nativ 5-8:1), extracting agent methanol 50.8% (V/V), 81 mg dry extract of hawthorn leaves and Flowers (DEV_nativ 4‑6:1), extractant ethanol 70% (V/V) corresponding to 1.4‑2.8 mg flavonoids calculated as hyperoside, as well as 81 mg dry extract (DEV_nativ > 3-6:1) from a mixture of passion flower herb and hawthorn fruit (2.8:1), extractant ethanol 57.9% (v/v).

This preparation also contains excipients.
